Refund Policy
At Union Assessment and Certification company LLC (UAC), we prioritlize customer satisfaction while ensuring fairness and transparency in our policies. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation Policy:Refunds are subject to cancellations charges
50% refund if canceled before 4 days from the assessment date:
No refund if canceled within 4 days of the assessment date:
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Rescheduling is allowed before 4 days from the assessment date with a 10% rescheduling charge based on the earlier booked amount.
Rescheduling within 4 days of the assessment date is not permitted.
